Video of Lion Tamer Attacked in Ukrainian Circus

Here we go again, another wild animal is kept in a cage for the entertainment of humans until it decides to show people that wild..means just that.

Todays animal news is somewhat like. You can see that news at Video of MGM Grand Lion Attacking Trainer. But this time it was a circus trainer in the Ukraine.

This video was filmed by an American family that was visiting. As you will see in the video, 1 lion goes after the trainer ( Oleksie Pinko) and the tamer is bleeding when the video starts. As the other assistance on the outside of the ring try to stop the lion with water hoses…a 2nd lion gets in on the attack. What I found odd is the 2nd lion tamer that is inside the ring seems to keep their distance. Maybe they were figuring the lions would be full after eating 1 guy and they could get out safe while the lions took a nap.

Oleksie Pinko was taken to a hospital and underwent surgery and was said to be in stable condition.

Makes you wonder when people will figure out that these are WILD animals. They are not meant to be kept in small cages, poked with sticks, slapped with whips, or forced to do tricks!
